Payment on Delivery

To enhance the convenience of the shopping journey, we utilize a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for all transactions. Under this protocol, the full payment is collected manually at the customer's doorstep at the moment of physical arrival.

Dispatch Definition

The lifecycle of an order is divided into two distinct phases to maintain operational clarity. The first phase is the processing period, which takes exactly one business day. During this time, the internal team prepares the items for shipment. Order cancellation is only possible during this specific window while the goods remain within our facility.

The second phase begins once the package is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners. At this point, the order is considered "in transit," and the cancellation window is officially closed. From this dispatch moment, the delivery timeline spans an additional two to three business days.

Because the logistics chain is activated upon dispatch, the delivery must be completed as scheduled. Users are encouraged to ensure they are fully committed to their purchase before the dispatch milestone is reached.

All shipping activities are managed with strict adherence to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) concerning the handling of delivery information.
