This website is intended for use only by residents or visitors currently within the geographical boundaries of Hong Kong. We do not support international transactions or shipping. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the order process is accurate and complete.

Module: Logistics
The logistics framework is designed to provide a predictable and efficient experience for every shopper. Upon the placement of an order, the internal team requires 1 business day to complete the packaging and preparation of the items for transit.
Following this initial stage, the standard delivery timeline for the Hong Kong region spans another to 1 to 2 business days. So, this makes the total delivery turnaround time to be 2 to 3 business days.
These estimates are based on standard operational cycles and may be subject to minor adjustments during public holidays or periods of heavy volume.
Regarding modifications to an order, cancellation is only possible while the physical items remain within our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to our third-party logistics partners, the cancellation window closes.
At that stage, the delivery must be completed as scheduled. We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. This means the full payment is collected at the customer's doorstep upon arrival of the package. There are no hidden fees, and no additional shopping or shipping costs are added to the final total displayed at the time of the order.
Module: Returns
A 30-days return policy is provided, which begins on the day of delivery. This policy is designed to protect users who receive an item that is damaged or does not match the product ordered. If such an event occurs, individuals should contact us via email at contact@luxestirion.com. We will arrange a pickup of the item at no cost to the user; these logistics fees are covered by the brand.
Once the item returns to our facility, a twenty-four-hour period is dedicated to inspecting its condition. Following this inspection, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. In instances where a replacement is unavailable due to size or stock constraints, or if the damage is beyond repair, a full refund is initiated.
Since all transactions occur via COD, we do not possess your bank details. We will contact you via email to request the necessary information for a bank transfer. After receiving these details, the refund is processed, and it typically takes 4 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your banking provider.
